The Director General (AH&PE) Livestock and Dairy Development Department Quetta invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of following items. Note: In All Procurements of GOB Whether Through Electronic or Manual Bid Submission, It is Mandatory For All Bidders to Get Registered At Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Tender Fee 1000 PKR

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 03 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity 30,000,000 in Previous 02 Years Turn over of at least 50,000,000 PKR in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan JV is not permissible Submission of the required Bid Security In case Bid Security is not found as required during financial evaluation the bidding firm shall be declared as in-eligible and non-responsive Submission of the required Bidding document Fee 03 Assignments at Public Sector of Similar Nature and Complexity and the sum of the Work orders amount must be at least Rs. 30000000 in last Two (2) Year i.e. Financial Year 2024-25 and 2025-26. Authorization from the Manufacturer/ in favor of the Bidder (If Manufacturer is not participating directly) Registration with DRAP Registration with Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan as Drug Manufacturer & Drug Seller Valid / Renewed Copy of Drug Sale License A: -Non-Declaration of substandard, spurious, adulterated, mis-branded or any other section of the Drug Act 1976 imposed or declared absconder by any Drug Court in Pakistan OR Regulatory body of any quoted items within last Two (02) years. B: – Supplies must be made at most reasonable prices for bulk order which must be below the Trade price of that product/s. A:- Bidder must agree to serve the contract/Supply within 45 days from the date of Supply Order. B: At the Time of Delivery at Reserve Store, Quetta the Expiry of each Veterinary Medicine must be more than 14 Months. C:The firm/bidder/Manufacturer must not be black listed by any procuring agency during last two Fiscal years D: Must unconditionally agree with all the instructions, terms & conditions specified in the bidding documents & Contract Agreement E: Supplies must be labeled and packed in accordance to the Drugs (Labeling and packing) Rule, 1986 A: Declaration by the Bidder/Firm/Manufacturer that; i. the Veterinary Medicine supplied by his firm will be according to the specification mentioned in the “Bidding Documents/ Terms & Conditions” and if any deviation found any time, the Firm/bidder will be responsible and the Livestock Department Balochistan has right to take legal actionagainst the Firm. ii The Supply of Veterinary Medicines by successful firm /bidder /Manufacturer may bechecked/analyzed from DTL, Quetta or any other recognized Laboratory for confirmation of its accurate ingredients(Composition) at any time and the Cost of analysis and all other expenditures will be totally borne by theFirms/bidders iii. The Sub-standard/below quality supply of Veterinary Medicines will be rejected and the firm willbound to supply the Veterinary Medicines/Vaccine according to the composition, if failed the BidSecurity/ Performance Security will be forfeited and the cost of the loss will be totally borne by the bidder and theLivestock Department Balochistan has right to take legal action against the firm/Bidder Submission of the required Bid Security In case Bid Security is not found as required during Financial Evaluation the bidding firm shall be declared as in-eligible and non-responsive. The Original Sealed Bid Security Must be reached to office of the undersigned before the opening of Financial Bid. If bidder/firm failed the bidder/firm shall be declared as in- eligible and non-responsive Procedure Of Procurement:Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee,Deposit at Call of amount 2,000,000 PKR specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
