Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 2 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 693,100,452 PKR Amount in1 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-2 and above (Upto 1000 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE02(i) (Bridge Structures), CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure ). Bidder must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest not blacklisted not debarred no major litigation no nonperformance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contract in Pakistan or any international agency Must undertaken at least 2 similar projects (≥80% similar activities), excluding maintenance, patchwork, and rehabilitation works, subcontracting. Each project shall have a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost, completed within the last 5 years.
