کوئٹہ میں نیشنل یوتھ سمٹ شدید تنقید کی زد میں، ناقص انتظامات پر شرکاء پھٹ پڑے

کوئٹہ: (ڈیلی قدرت/رپورٹ: خالق خوشحال) محکمہ کھیل و یوتھ افیئرز بلوچستان کے زیر اہتمام منعقد ہونے والی تین روزہ نیشنل یوتھ سمٹ 2025 کا آغاز شدید بے نظمی اور ناقص انتظامات کی شکایات کے ساتھ ہوا ہے۔ ملک بھر سے آئے ہوئے نوجوانوں نے سمٹ میں سہولیات کے فقدان پر شدید برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کروڑوں روپے کے بجٹ پر سوالات اٹھا دیے ہیں۔

بھاری فنڈز، زمینی حقائق اس کے برعکس؟

ذرائع کے مطابق، صوبائی حکومت نے نوجوانوں کی فلاح و بہبود اور انہیں ایک پلیٹ فارم مہیا کرنے کے نام پر اس سمٹ کے لیے کروڑوں روپے کے فنڈز مختص کیے تھے۔ تاہم، زمینی حقائق حکومتی دعوؤں کے بالکل برعکس نظر آتے ہیں۔ سمٹ میں شرکت کے لیے آنے والے نوجوانوں نے رہائش، کھانے اور ٹرانسپورٹ کے ناقص انتظامات کی شکایت کی ہے، جس سے ایونٹ کا بنیادی مقصد فوت ہوتا دکھائی دے رہا ہے۔

من پسند شرکاء بھی انتظامات سے ناخوش

حالات کی سنگینی کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ مبینہ طور پر انتظامیہ کی جانب سے “من پسند” بلائے گئے شرکاء بھی ناقص انتظامات پر پھٹ پڑے ہیں۔ نام ظاہر نہ کرنے کی شرط پر بعض شرکاء نے بتایا کہ ان سے بڑے بڑے وعدے کیے گئے تھے لیکن یہاں پہنچ کر انہیں شدید مایوسی کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پینل ڈسکشن اور ورکشاپس کے شیڈول میں بھی بے نظمی دیکھنے میں آئی، جس سے ان کا قیمتی وقت ضائع ہوا۔

محکمہ کھیل و یوتھ افیئرز کی کارکردگی پر سوالیہ نشان

نیشنل یوتھ سمٹ جیسے بڑے ایونٹ کے انعقاد میں اس قدر بدنظمی نے محکمہ کھیل و یوتھ افیئرز بلوچستان کی کارکردگی پر سنگین سوالیہ نشان لگا دیا ہے۔ نوجوان شرکاء کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر کروڑوں روپے خرچ کرنے کے بعد بھی ایسے ہی انتظامات کیے جانے تھے تو اس سے بہتر تھا کہ یہ رقم نوجوانوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے کسی ٹھوس منصوبے پر خرچ کی جاتی۔ شرکاء نے اعلیٰ حکام سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ فنڈز کے استعمال اور ناقص انتظامات کی شفاف تحقیقات کرائی جائیں اور ذمہ داران کا تعین کیا جائے

Youth participants from across the country have expressed strong anger over the lack of facilities, raising questions about the multi-million rupee budget allocated for the event.

Huge Funds, Contrary Ground Realities?

According to sources, the provincial government had allocated millions of rupees for the summit under the banner of youth welfare and providing them a platform. However, the ground realities appear to be in stark contrast to the government’s claims. Participants attending the summit have complained about inadequate arrangements for accommodation, food, and transportation, which seems to defeat the fundamental purpose of the event.

Even Favored Participants Unhappy with Arrangements

The gravity of the situation can be gauged by the fact that even participants allegedly invited based on favoritism by the administration have lashed out at the poor arrangements. Some attendees, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated that they were made grand promises but were met with severe disappointment upon arrival. They added that the schedules for panel discussions and workshops were also disorganized, leading to a waste of their valuable time.

Performance of the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs Questioned

Such a level of chaos in the organization of a major event like the National Youth Summit has cast a serious doubt on the performance of the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs Balochistan. The young participants argue that if such poor arrangements were the outcome after spending millions of rupees, it would have been better to spend this money on a more concrete project for youth welfare. The attendees have demanded a transparent investigation by higher authorities into the use of funds and the poor management, and to hold those responsible accountable.
