The shiekh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Institute of Cardiology invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of following items. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity 35,000,000 in Previous 3 Years Turn over of at least 50,000,000 PKR in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan JV is not permissible Submission of the required Bid Security In case Bid Security is not found as required during financial evaluation the bidding firm shall be declared as in-eligible and non-responsive Submission of the required Bidding document Fee Separate Authorization of Each Manufacturer/Importer of all the quoted Items Authorization from the Manufacturer/importer in favor of the Bidder Registration with drug regulatory Authority of Pakistan or provisional certificate DSL A:- Non-Declaration of substandard, spurious, adulterated, mis-branded or any other section of the Drug Act 1976 imposed by any Drug Testing Laboratory or Regulatory body of any quoted item, s within last two years. B:- Supplies must be made at most reasonable prices for bulk order which must be below the Trade price of that product/s. C:- Bidder must agree to serve the Contract within 2 (Two) Month from the date of Supply Order. D: – Shelf-life must be 75% to 80% (from the date of supply of medicine) for local products & Imported products respectively. E: – The bidder must agree to replace the required size of disposable items of Cath Lab as per need & requirement if considered necessary Catalogue / Brochures / technical offer (having complete technical specifications of the offered good) Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee,Deposit at Call of amount 500,000 PKR specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
