Note: There will be separate package for each tender Procurement will be made under BPPRA rules- 2014. Eligibility:- a) The bidder must have relevant experience as mentioned in the bidding documents. b) Turnover certificate from scheduled bank of at least PKR 4.00 million in last year showing financial capacity of the firm. c) Registration with relevant Taxation Departments and firm name shall be on Active Tax Payer List of FBR. d) The firm/company shall have Sales Tax Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (where applicable). Method of Procurement: – Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Bid Security: – The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee @ 2% of total amount of bid value in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: – The NIT & bidding document can be obtained electronically from BPPRA website www.bppra.gob.pk. Issuance of Tender Documents:- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the date of publication of tender to 20.08.2026. Last date of tender submission: Bids shall be submitted electronically latest by 20.08.2026 till 11:00 am through supplier dashboard.
