Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. The offered vehicle shall fully comply with the technical specifications prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidder shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules and the bidding documents. Bidder shall have an authorized service workshop and the capability to provide warranty services and genuine spare parts. Bidder shall demonstrate sound financial capability to execute the contract. In case the bidder is not the manufacturer, it shall be an authorized dealer/distributor of the offered vehicle brand.
