Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Worth PKR. 15,000,000 Million each in Previous 3 Years Accumualted Turn over of at least PKR.20,000,000 Million in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Bidder must be registered under the DNFBPR regulatory framework to ensure compliance with AntiMoney Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements, demonstrating transparent and legally compliant business operations. The bidder must submit a sworn undertaking confirming that the firm is not involved in any litigation, arbitration, or legal dispute with any government or private entity that may affect its performance or eligibility for the procurement High-Performance editing systems, data backup/storage, high-speed internet (min 20-50 Mbps) Have a creative team with expertise in graphic design, video production, content writing, and digital advertising and • Be able to allocate dedicated account managers for timely communication and coordination ISO 9001:2015 The bidder must ensure that all documents submitted in the bidding process are genuine, authentic, and verifiable. Any forged, tampered, or misleading documents will result in immediate disqualification under BPPRA rules The bidder must confirm that neither the firm nor its employees, directors, or partners have any direct or indirect conflict of interest with the procuring agency, evaluation committee, or project stakeholders The bidder shall be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The bidder shall be a registered member of a recognized Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The bidder shall have no outstanding dues payable to any Government Department, Authority, or Organization. The bidder shall possess registration with the Directorate of Small Industries.
