Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 2 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Turn over of at least 65,000,000 PKR Amount in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan PEC/PCAD Registration Tender Processing Fee of Rs. 1000 in the form of green challan in the account having title PD, CMCRBM with account C02716 Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost PEC Valid Certifications having the project profile codes of 1203(iii), 1215(ii) (Highways & bridges), Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. The FINANCIAL PROPOSALS shall be opened of those consultants whose technical proposal is considered and approved. The Selection of Consultants shall be made as per Evaluation Criteria method as mentioned in the ‘Date Sheet’ of this “Request for Proposal” document.
