The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended till date) BASIC ELIGIBILITY: The Firms/Contractors (Single Entity) having valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council, duly renewed up to date, in the relevant Category C-5 or above along with the specialized codes as well as registration with tax authorities i.e. (FBR and BRA), including similar nature work experience & Bank Statement (Turnover) The bidders must have completed (03) assignment of similar nature of work Turnover of at least PKR 21,000,000 in last three subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Presence in active tax payer list (ATL) Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Other Mandatory conditions and Detailed Marking Criteria mentioned in the Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. ISSUANCE: The Firms can obtain the Bidding Documents from the office of the Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Development District Killa Saifullah upon payment (nonrefundable) of bidding documents fee Rs. 1000/- deposited in A/C title: AD Local Govt District Killa Saifullah, A/c No. 1061004078852272 in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) (The NIT & Bidding Document can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 3% specified in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.org.pk. Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Documents can be viewed at www.bppra.org.pk.
