Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required Turn over of at least 13,448,276 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-6 and above (Upto 25 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE10(vii) (General Buildings and Maintenance). The bidder must provide Power of Attorney or Authority Letter on Rs. 100/- Judicial Stamp for this NIT, Mentioning name of work & TSE Number and attested photo copy of owners CNIC by Oath Commissioner. The bidder must provide Green Challan deposited in Favour of Account C-02716. The bidder must provide BPPRA Challan deposited in Favour of BPPRA. Pakistan Engineering Council Registration Certificate is required to be provided (Both Sides of PEC License). The bidder must provide Call at Deposit / Bank Guarantee in Favour of undersigned. The Bidder must have completed 03 Similar Nature Works Equal to 90% or More of Project Cost in Last 03 Years.
