The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Chaman invites Sealed Tenders based on composite schedule of rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (amended up to date) from interested Contractors/Firms who are Enlisted / Renewal their name for the current financial year 2026-27, for the following works.

Earnest Money 2% and Time limit 30th June 2027 for each work

The Contractor must have registration with (NTN & sales tax Department) valid registration with Pakistan Engineering council Code CE-06, CE-05, CE-04, and above, Tender fee deposited in head of account C-02726-02 through green Challan form original in National Bank of Pakistan Rs. 1500/-.and 1000/- of each work and fulfill all the requirements of BPPRA. It may also be noted that only Original Firm of Company allowed to participate in tender and tender will not be issued to partner or agent. The Contractor must have valid registration i.e 2026-27 with Pakistan Engineering Council in required Category in relevant discipline and with tax authorities i.e (NTN,sales tax Department and BRA) as well as with BPPRA where applicable. Active Tax Payer of FBR. Authorized representative company will be allowed having specific authorization letter for the scheme mentioned above (the Authorization letter/ deed must be provided on Non-Judicial stamp paper valuing Rs. 100 duly attested by first class Magistrate That The Contractor must not be black listed/ not issued any notice regarding delay of development works. Bank guarantee are CDR rate offer below 10% of Estimated Cost must be submitted with financial bid. for supply of pipe company/ firm must be Manufacture or having authorized dealership and PSQCA certified must be ISO certified for the last 2 years. All the document should provided in the original (Technical Purpose) METHOD OF PROCUREMENT stage single Two envelop procedure BIDDING TENDER DOCUMENTS ISSUANCE Tender Form/Documents will be issued to bides/contractors on publishing of notice in news paper from the presentation of requisite documents i.e tender fee (non refundable). Bid security /Earnest Money 2% in shape of call deposit valid.
