The Procurement Officer invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of following items. TSE-2627071147081 Only electronic bid will be submitted, No physical bid is required. Note: In All Procurements of GOB Whether Through Electronic or Manual Bid Submission, It is Mandatory For All Bidders to Get Registered At Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity 4,000,000 in Previous 3 Years Turn over of at least 5,500,000 PKR in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan JV is not permissible Submission of the required Bid Security In case Bid Security is not found as required during financial evaluation the bidding firm shall be declared as in-eligible and non-responsive Firm Must submit the best Quality samples of the required feeding items Firm mus agree to incurred lab test fee 1. Feed provided by the firm/bidder may be checked/analyzed from the Laboratory for confirmation of its nutritive values at any time and the Cost of any of such analysis along with Transportation Expenditure will be totally borne by the Firms/bidders. 2. The Sub-standard/below quality supply of Feed will be rejected and in case of any loss caused to the horses the department has right to take legal action against the firm/Bidder. 3. The Bidder/Firm will be bound to supply the awarded feeding items as per requirement basis daily or monthly Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of amount 120,000 PKR specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
