The tender process would be carried out under B-PPRA rule 2014. Note: In all procurements of GoB whether through Electronic or Manual bid submission, it is mandatory for all bidders to get registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. The earnest money 2% OF ESTIMATED COST in shape of call deposit/bank guarantee from schedule bank in favour of Project Director BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan should accompany the bids. Original Bid Security and Bidding Fee Challan must be submitted in the office of the procuring agency prior the bid opening.
ELIGIBILITY:All mandatory requirements are mentioned in bidding documents for qualifying the eligibility criteria. The entire tender document must be signed and stamped by the bidder (MANDATORY). PROVIDE ONLY THE INFORMATION REQUIRED AS PER THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. SUBMISSION OF BROCHURES OR IRRELEVANT DOCUMENTS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION). Bid should be inclusive of all prevailing taxes. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Least Cost Selection. TENDER DOCUMENTS: The Documents can be downloaded from BPPRA website. TENDER FEE. Rs.1000/- non-refundable payment duly deposited through Green Challan in NBP under head C02818 against each work. SUBMISSION & OPENING OF TENDER: The tenders will be received / submitted on 17.11.2026 at 10:00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of participating bidders and procurement committee members.
