Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 1 Assignment of similar nature of work Turnover of at least 69,657,000 PKR Amount in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) In Relevant Category and Specialized Code is ME01 (HVAC). Bidder is not blacklisted, Blacklisting means: “Barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings by the Pakistan Engineering Council/PPRA/any government, semi government, and autonomous body When personal, financial, or professional interests clash with ethical duties potentially affecting impartial decision-making It can be actual perceived or potential and is managed through disclosure transparency and ethical policies to maintain integrity All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than Seventy (70) % of the Bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder.
