BID SECURITY: The amount of bid security shall be 4%. In case of absence of bid security, all such bids will be rejected. The bid security shall be in the form of Deposit at Call, bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid for a cogent reason.
