Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders:Eligibility Criteria for bidders may be seen in the Bidding Documents The Contractor must have valid registration i.e 2026-27 with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant Category & relevant discipline and fresh registration with tax authority’s i.e (NTN, sales tax Department and BRA) where applicable. The bidder must have completed at least 03 similar nature assignment & all other eligibility factors are mention in the biding documents. As per BPPRA rule #25 (3) only one Bid can be submitted against one NTN. The bidding document can be downloaded from the website of BPPRA (wwe.bppra.gob.pk), from the date of publication of this invitation in newspapers till the last date of submission. No any Bank Drafts & Banker Check will be acceptable. The firms providing unsubstantiated and / or incorrect information are liable to disqualification and / or legal action at any stage.
