Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 2 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 108,336,900 PKR Amount in1 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE01-(I) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure ). Bidders must have completed at least two (02) projects of a similar nature (having ≥ 80% similar activities), each costing at least 60% of the estimated cost, completed within the last five (05) years. Bidders must have undertaken/completed at least two (02) projects of a General nature (having ≥ 80% other activities), each costing at least 60% of the estimated cost, completed within the last five (05) years.
