TENDER NOTICE

Only electronic bid will be submitted, No physical bid is required. The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Naseerabad Division, Dera Murad Jamali, invites e-bids through the EPPS System on the basis of the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan, from eligible firms/contractors for the execution of the following works:

The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. BASIC ELIGIBILITY: The firm/contractor must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed up to date, in Category C-4 or above, along with the relevant specialization code(s) as specified in the bidding documents. The firm must register in Balochistan Revenue Authority and presence in active tax payer list (ATL) Valid Registration with Income Tax & Presence in Active Tax Payer List in FBR (ATL) Turnover at least of last two years. The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work. The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Other Mandatory conditions and Detail Criteria mentioned in the Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. ISSUANCE: The firms/contractors may also download the bidding documents from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- for the mentioned above tender shall be deposited into the Government Treasury under Head of Account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan. Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 7^th October, 2026 till 10:00 AM through supplier dashboard.Tender opening: All tenders will be opened on same day at 11:00 AM on EPPS System.
