Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 34,653,740 PKR Amount in2 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE02(i) (Bridge Structures), CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure ). The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of 70 % of the Estimated Cost similar nature of work along with their verification letters in fresh dates from concerned department in last three years when personal, financial, or professional interests clash with ethical duties potentially affecting impartial decision-making It can be actual perceived or potential and is managed through disclosure transparency and ethical policies to maintain integrity All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than Seventy (70) % of the Bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder. It is mandatory for them to provide performance certificate Last 3 years withholding tax audit Order i.e 2024 2025 and 2026 including CPRS. In the case of Non withholding agent, a certificate from the FBR is required, confirming that no government dues or taxes are pending against the contractor Affidavit (Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper): A duly notarized affidavit confirming that the information submitted with the bid is true and correct. False information shall render the bidder liable to legal action by the Procuring Agency. Special Stipulations Clause Conditions Of Contract Signed & Stamped On Stamp Paper A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required.
