Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Worth PKR. 2 Million each in Previous 3 Years Accumualted Turn over of at least PKR.3 Million in 1 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Audit Report prepared by a third party Audit Companyscan copy of Deposit at call List of Arms, Machinery, Security Equipment Must unconditionally agree with all the terms and conditions specified in the Bidding Documents and Contract Agreement. Authorization letter by company Director office in Original for representative attending the Tender Opening As required by the procuring agency in the Tender Notice Must have corporate Office in Quetta. Renewed license from Home Department of Government of Balochistan, Quetta List of Security Guard Undertaking by the Firm that due to non availability of funds or any other reason the payment is delayed the firm shall pay the salaries to the worker at least for 3 months.
