Only electronic bid will be submitted, No physical bid is required. The Deputy Director Agriculture OFWM Harnai invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of work(s) under following project for the years 2026-27 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates.

Procurements shall be made under BPPRA Rules 2014.Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work. Turn-over of at least 42,000,000 PKR amount in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million) in relevant category and specialized codes is CE09(ii) (Water Supply), CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works), EE11(vi) (Solar Installation). Tax Return of last three years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Audit Report / Audit Balance Sheet of last three years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The bidding Firm must submit Company’s latest Bank credit line certificate (The issuance date of Certificate shall not be older than September 2026. Certificate must be address to the client, otherwise it would not be acceptable). The bidding firm must submit tender fee on green challan in Head of A/c: C03136 (Agriculture Receipts). The bidding firm must submit Bank guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled Bank. The bidder must provide Confirmation/Evidence of 10 years performance warranty of 90% efficiency and 25 years performance warranty of 80% efficiency solar panels (the Declaration must be address to Procuring Agency). The bidder must provide one year warrantee for the items provided under the contract. (the Declaration must be address to Procuring Agency). The bidding firm must not be presently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan (The issuance date of Declaration shall not be older than September2026). Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
