The Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah… invites sealed rates tenders based on Composite schedule of Rates, 2026, Government of Balochistan from interested Contractor for the works mentioned below:- The Tender fee will be deposit through Green Challan in National Bank of Pakistan under the head of account C0-2725-02.

The procurement will be carried out in Accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rule 2014. Eligibility: The firm must have registration with, Tax authorities’ i.e FBR / Balochistan Revenue Authority Tax Payer & active (NTN & BRA), registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27) in relevant Category (CE09). In comtax return of last three year. The bidder must have three assignment of similar nature of work of last two year from PHE Department / Completion certificate. Turn over last two years showing financial capacity of Contractor. Available credit limit line must be amounting to 5.00 million. Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. declaration of non-blacklisting on company letter head by the bidder Method of Procurement: Single stage, one envelope procedure.
