اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل کا دورہ بلوچستان ‘ بلوچستان حکومت کو سبکی کا سامنا ‘ چیف سیکرٹری بلوچستان کو وزیر اعلیٰ کا ٹرانسلیٹر بننا پڑگیا

کوئٹہ (آن لائین  )اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل کادورہ بلوچستان وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان کی سیلاب زدگان کے مسائل کو تشریح نہ کرسکے جس پرچیف سیکرٹری کو ٹرانسلیٹر بننا پڑا . ہفتے کو اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل انتونیوگوتریس اوروزیراعظم شہبازشریف ضلع جعفرآباد کے دورے پرپہنچے ان کے ہمراہ وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان میر عبدالقدوس بزنجو،قائم مقام گورنر میر جان محمد جمالی ،وفاقی وزراء بلاول بھٹو زرداری ،احسن اقبال ،اسد محمود، مریم اورنگزیب ،شازیہ عطاء مری ،نوابزادہ میر خالد مگسی،صوبائی وزیر محمدخان لہڑی ودیگر بھی موجود تھے

حکومتی غفلت یاانتظامی نااہلی کی وجہ سے اس وقت سبکی کا صورتحال پیداہوا جب اوستہ محمد میں وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان میرعبدالقدوس بزنجو کی جانب سے سیلاب سے ہونے والے نقصانات سے متعلق اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل کو بریفنگ دی جارہی تھی تو بلوچستان کے سب سے بڑے انتظامی آفیسر چیف سیکرٹری بلوچستان عبدالعزیز عقیلی کو ٹرانسلیٹر کا کردارادا کرناپڑا حالانکہ اصولاََ دنیا میں جب بھی کوئی دوسری زبان سے تعلق رکھنے والا وفد ہوں اور آپ کو ان کی زبان نہیں آتی تو باقاعدہ ٹرانسلیٹر کے ذریعے گفتگو کی جاتی ہے .

Due to the government's negligence or administrative incompetence, a situation arose at the time when   the Chief Minister of Balochistan,  Brief   the Secretary General of the United Nations regarding the damage caused by the flood, then the chief   Secretary Balochistan Abdul Aziz Aqeeli had to play the role of a translator, although in principle, whenever there is a delegation belonging to another language in the world and you do not understand their language, the conversation is done through a regular translator.
