The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rule-2014. BASIC ELIGIBILITY:- Presence in Active Tax Payer list. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any Procuring Agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. The Bidder must have completed 3 Assignments of similar nature of works. Turnover of at least @70% of each work PKR Amount in 1 subsequent previous year showing financial capacity of firm. TERMS & CONDITION :- Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the bidding documents for each separately. PROCEDURE OF PROCUREMENT. Single stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. BID SECURITY. The Bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 3% specified above in the name of undersigned from a scheduled Bank. BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS. The bidding Documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned. ISSUANCE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. From the date of publication of NIT to 14th September 2026 during office hours on working days after submission of Deposit at Call of 3% and tender fee Rs.1500/- for each work. LAST DATE OF BID SUBMISSION. The Tenders must be submitted latest by 14th September 2026 till 10.30 AM. TENDER OPENING.
