Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required. Completed Assignment of similar nature of work will be seen in Eligibility given Criteria. Turn over Amount in subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm is mentioned in the bidding documents. Registration with Pakistan Engineering council in Relevant Category and Specialized Code is mentioned in the bidding documents of each project. The bidder must deposit required tender (as shown against each scheme) through green challan in Account # C02716. The bidder must deposit 2% of estimated cost through CDR/Bank Guarantee The bidder must completed similar assignment is mentioned in the bidding documents of each project. Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
