Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Worth PKR. 20 Million each in Previous 3 Years Accumulated Turn over of at least PKR.18 Million in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Undertaking by firm that due to non-availability of funds or any other reasons the payment is delayed the firm shall run the services at least 04 months The firm financial flows must be audited by thirty party audit firm 2025-26 The services provider shall submit their work plan for each shift ,duty roaster of guards that ensure the Security Services of hospital Agreement with all terms & conditions (Must unconditionally agree with the instructions, terms & conditions specified in the bidding documents & contract agreement The firm must have corporate office in Quetta city Renewed license from Home & Tribal Affairs Department , Government of Balochistan , fee challan will not be consider The firms must have NOC from PTA for intercommunication system Provide paid challans or BRA clearance certificate Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
