The Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. BASIC ELIGIBITY: The firm/contractor must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed upto date, in the relevant category C-6,5 & 4 or above and the Specialized code The firm must register in Balochistan Revenue Authority. Presence in Active Tax Payer List in FBR The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work. The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 3% specified above detail mentioned in the bidding documents in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Other Mandatory conditions and Detail Criteria mentioned in the Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single stage-two envelope procedure. ISSUANCE: The Firms can obtain the bidding Documents from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW,PP&H Department District Barkhan upon payment (nonrefundable) bidding document fee Rs. 1500/- & 3000/- each above mentioned must be deposited in government treasury under head of account 02716 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of Pakistan(NBP).(The NIT & Bidding Document can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk, in this regard, the interested bidders must submit Green Challan Form deposited in government treasury one day prior to the bid opening in the office of undersigned. Deadline of Submission: The bidding Documents duly filled and attached with copies of supporting documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered mail to the address mentioned below on or before on 09/11/2026 at 9:00 am.
