Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 265,388,356 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-3 and above (Upto 500 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE02(i) (Bridge Structures), CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure ), EE11(vv) (Installation of Solar Power LED Street Lighting System). The bidder must attach bid security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank and submit original CDR / Bank Guarantee in the office within 1 hour of bid opening, otherwise bid will be rejected. The bidder must attach similar nature (works of all components Road, RCC Drain, Solar, streetlights, Box Culverts, Bores & Boundary wall) included in the project) works undertaken and completed in last three years.
