Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 39,200,000 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Green Challan CDR Affidavit for Conflict of Interest, Failure to Sign Contract and Non Performance duly attested Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure 4. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee, Deposit at Call of 2 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank. 5.
