The Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Dev Dept Pishin is pleased to invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per the prevailing rates by B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested firms/suppliers/contractors having valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA for the following BSDI Phase-III scheme where the time limit for mentioned projects is 30th of June, 2027. Note: In all procurements of GOB whether through Electronic or Manual Bid submission, it is mandatory for all bidders to get registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of B-PPRA GOB.

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan The bidding firm must have completed similar nature of works as per bidding documents. Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required Turn-over of up to 70% of estimated cost amount in 01 subsequent previous year showing financial capacity of the firm. Latest Bank certificate of the Firm from Scheduled Bank Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Upto 65 million) in Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works) , CE10(v) (Landscaping & Horticulture), ME06(vi) (Miscellaneous Mechanical Equipment). The bidder must submit 03 similar nature projects of similar complexity with the estimated cost atleast equal to the Est Cost of the project executed in last 03 Years. The Bidder must submit the performance certificate of similar nature projects of similar complexity with the estimated cost at least equal to the Est Cost of the project executed in last 03 Years. The Bidder must submit the official contract agreement of projects of similar complexity with the estimated cost at least equal to the Est Cost of the project executed in last 03 Years. The Bidder Shall demonstrate an available credit facility not less than 20 million to meet the project cash flow The Bidder must have fully functional and operational office for compliance. The Bidder must submit the tender processing fee of Rs. 2000 Pkr in NBP AC 4157218156 The Bidder must submit the BPPRA Challan & CDR @ 3% of the Est Cost. Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage Two envelope procedure will be adopted.
