The Assistant Director Local Govt & Rural Dev Dept Pishin is pleased to invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per the prevailing rates by B-CSR 2026 (amended up-to-date) from interested firms/suppliers/contractors having valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA for the following PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Note: In all procurements of GOB whether through Electronic or Manual Bid submission, it is mandatory for all bidders to get registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of B-PPRA GOB.

Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 02 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 145,550,698 PKR Amount in1 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-3 and above (Upto 500 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is EE06 (Specialized Lighting System), ME06(i) (Specialized Fabrication and Treatment). Affidavit confirming no conflict, no current blacklisting/debarment, major litigation, non-performance in last 5 years, or failure to sign contract. Any prior blacklisting/debarment and restoration must be disclosed with details and proof Bidder must have completed at least 02 similar projects in the last 05 years. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidder must have completed at least 03 Solar Street Light projects in the last 05 years, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost. Bidder must have required equipment and staff. Subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidder must have completed at least 03 similar projects in the last 05 years. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted.
