Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 54,139,247 PKR Amount in2 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) In Relevant Category And Specialized Code is CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works) , EE11(I)Bidder is not blacklisted, Blacklisting means: “Barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings by the Pakistan Engineering Council/PPRA/any government, semi government, and autonomous body The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of 70 % of the Estimated Cost similar nature of work in last three years when personal, financial, or professional interests clash with ethical duties potentially affecting impartial decision-making It can be actual perceived or potential and is managed through disclosure transparency and ethical policies to maintain integrity All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than Seventy (70) % of the Bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder. False information shall render the bidder liable to legal action by the Procuring Agency.
