NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The following tenders are invited from Firms/Agency who have deposited their enlistment/Renewal fee for the current financial year 2026-27. Earnest Money 2% and Time limit 30-06-2027 for each work

ELIGIBILITY. The Firm (Single Entity) must have registered with PEC in C6 and above. The Firm/Contractor must be have registration with taxation authorities i.e (N.I.T & Sale tax Department BRA,Active tax Payer of FBR and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council also deposited Renewal for the year 2026-27. The Detail Technical Criteria is attached in Bidding Documents. Authorized Representatives of company will only be allowed, having a specific Authorization letter for The Schemes mentioned above. (The Authorization letter/deed must be provided on Non- Judicial Stamp Paper Valuing Rs. 100 duly attested by first class Magistrate). Detail Financial Soundness with required Turnover given as per Criteria specified in the Bidding Documents. Under taking on Judicial Stamp Paper that the firm will never black listed by any Government / Semi Government Organization. Rate analysis in case of rate offered below estimated cost must be submitted with financial bid. Bank Guarantee or CDR in case of rate offered below 10% estimated cost must be submitted with financial bid. No any tender will accepted without complete Book of bidding documents which are published on BPPRA website dully signed and stamped by the Firm/Contractor. All the terms and condition specified /mention in the bidding documents will be applicable on the whole bidding process. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT. Single stage, TWO envelope BIDDER/TENDER DOCUMENTS. Issuance: Tender forms/Documents will be available from the date of publication in the News Papers, on BPPRA website or on presentation of requisite documents, Challan of tender fee bid security earnest money, income tax certificate etc in the office of XEN PHE Division Loralai. The tender fee of Rs. 650/- of each work in the Head of Account PHE Revenue Receipt (CO-2725-02) National Bank of Pakistan dully verified by Treasury officer. Submission: Last date of submission of tender documents is 21/09/2026 at 12:00 P.M. Opening: The tender will be opened on 21/09/2026 at 1.00 P.M. Place of Issuance and address etc: Executive Engineer PHE Division Loralai Ph:/Fax No.0824400004. Note:- It may be noted that no pay order will be accepted/Entertained and Firms/Contractors complete title/Name should be written on call deposit. If call deposit of Firm/Contractor found fake legal action will be taken against the defaulter under rules. Only original contractor are allowed to participate in the tenders alongwith original documents. The undersigned reserved the rights to Accept/Reject all or any one tender without assigning any reason.
