NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The procurement of works listed below for which Notice Inviting Tender on sealed percentage rates based on CSR 2026 Govt: of Balochistan are invited from interested Contractors / Firms with detailed terms & conditions are given below. The tender fee will be deposited through green challan in the National Bank of Pakistan Ziarat Branch under the head of account C-02716 (Road CWPP&H Receipt) at the rate shown against each work as mentioned below:- EARNEST MONEY 3% of the Bid cost in the shape of a call deposit and DATE OF COMPLETION 30th June 2027 for each work

Eligibility of Bidders Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Presence in Active Taxpayer List (ATL) is mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) Registration is required. The bidder must have completed three assignments of a similar nature, each worth 100% of the estimated cost in the previous three years. The detailed technical soundness requirements are in the bidding documents Turnover for each Scheme as per the bidding document Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) and all specialized coda are mentioned each work bidding documents CDR and Green Chalan in original/Hard Copy must be reached before closing in the office of the Executive Engineer, Road CW PP&H district Ziarat Tender of scheme at serial no I to III, is E-BID. Detailed technical soundness required for each is detailed in bedding documents Method of Procurement Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Bid Security The bid must include a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the amount specified, issued in the name of the undersigned, from a scheduled bank under the contractor’s title account. Fake Call Deposits will result in the blacklisting of the firm. Tender Documents Can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Last Date for Bid Submission: 18^th September , 2026 till 10:00 AM Tender Opening: 18^th September , 2026 till 11:00 PM The financial bids opening date will be announced later. Additional Conditions 1- Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC)C-4, C-5 and C6 above In Relevant Category Bid security (CDR) for technically non-responsive bidders will be returned within 30 days. Bid Validity Period: 90 days. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (PKR 100/-) must declare: The firm has never been blacklisted. All documents and information submitted are true and correct. Documents will be verified from relevant authorities. Contractors who failed to complete previous projects without valid reasons are ineligible to participate.
