AEDB Certificate Firm having valid proof of warehouse ownership, leased, or rented. Photograph must be attached. Attach Affidavit on Judicial stamp paper of 100 Rupees, that the firm never blacklisted by any Government/Semi Government Department (Fresh Dated) Registration with Pakistan Engineering council (PEC) C-5 and above (Up-to 65 million) in Relevant Category and Specialized Code is CE09(ii) (Water Supply), EE11(i) (Solar). CDR and Green Challan Bidder must have undertaken/completed at least 3 similar projects (≥80% similar activities; maintenance, patchwork & rehabilitation excluded), each costing ≥50% of estimated cost, within the last 5 years. No subletting/subcontracting. The bidder must provide Call deposit verification letter from the concerned bank showing the serial number, amount and must showing the concerned firm Name.

METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS: The Tender Form/ Bidding Documents will be issued from the date of first publication till submission date and time during working hours and working days, from the address mentioned below/ head office on production of green challan form for an amount as mentioned above respectively ( as bidding documents charges ,Non –refundable)deposited in the head of account C-03870 through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan against written request which should be on original letter head pad having name ,address, phone numbers and signature of the contractor.
