Tender Notice Government of Balochistan Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Quetta Works Irrigation System and Tubewell
NOTICE INVITING TENDER
The Deputy Director, Agriculture On Farm Water Management District Quetta, invites sealed Tender/Bid for execution of various development works under below mentioned schemes reflected in PSDP 2026-27, from eligible contractors/firms with the Bid Security @ 2% of estimated cost in shape of Call Deposit (Refundable). The non-refundable prescribed Tender Fee for each tender to be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan Branch situated in Balochistan Province through EPPS Challan. The BoQs of the scheduled items are based on BCSR-2026. In all Procurements of GOB Whether Through Electronic or Manual Bid Submission, it is Mandatory for all Bidders to get Registered at Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bidder unregistered with BPPRA will not be entertained in the bidding procedure and their bids will be rejected.

Procurements shall be made under BPP Rules 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Eligibility and technical criteria for bidders may be seen in the Bidding Documents of each tender. The bidding firm must submit the prescribed Tender participation Fee in National Bank of Pakistan through Challan generated by EPPS of BPPRA Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security (2%) in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee (Bank’s certificate is mandatory) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender Documents: The Bidding document can be downloaded from www.bppra.gob.pk or obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Tender opening: All tenders will be opened on same day. For S. No. 1, Tender will be opened physically at the office of the undersigned. While, for S. No. 2, the tender will opened online on EPPS of BPPRA, at the office of the undersigned.
