The Executive Engineer-I Provincial B&R District Ziarat invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of following works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders: Presence in Active Tax Payer List The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration is required The bidder must have completed 3 Assignment of similar nature of work Turn over of at least 1,000,000,000 PKR Amount in3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm The original hard copy of the CDR must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer, Roads Ziarat, within 36 hours after the bid closing time. Failure to submit within the stipulated time shall render the bid non-responsive. A sum of Rs. 10,000/- shall be deposited/cleared through theTO, Ziarat, and submitted at NBP Ziarat. The original hard copy/receipt must reach the office of the XEN Roads Ziarat after 36 hours of bid closing date and time. The bidder must have successfully completed three (03) projects of similar nature, comprising one (01) project costing not less than 100%, one (01) project costing not less than 75%, and one (01) project costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost he bidder shall submit an affidavit, duly attested by a Notary Public/Oath Commissioner, declaring that the firm has not been blacklisted, debarred, or declared ineligible by any Government Department, Public Sector Organization, or Procuring Agency The bidder shall submit an affidavit, duly attested by a Notary Public/Oath Commissioner, declaring that no litigation, arbitration, or legal proceedings concerning contractual obligations are pending against the firm, The bidder shall submit a valid certificate from BRA confirming that no recoverable tax demand, outstanding against the bidder. The certificate is mandatory for basic bid eligibility The bidder shall submit a valid certificate from FBR/RTO confirming that no recoverable tax demand, including withholding tax liability, is outstanding against the bidder. Procedure Of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Gurantee,Deposit at Call of 4 % specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
