Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan public Procurement Rules- 2014. BASIC ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility Criteria for bidders may be seen in the Bidding Documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Electronic Bidding. Single stage – Two envelops Bidding Procedure. BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, deposit at Call 4% from a scheduled bank in favor of “Project Implementation Unit Provision of Municipal Services Initiative NBP Account No. 4517280692, Civil Secretariat Quetta Branch”. The NIT and complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 06TH August, 2026 till 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard on BPPRA website.
